Job Title: Creative and Fun Assistant Teacher
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Teamwork & Punctuality: Report to work on time and work efficiently in a team environment.
* Lesson Implementation: Implement lesson plans with fun activities like arts and crafts, singing, and reading.
* Health & Safety: Assist with potty training, health checks, and safety room checks.
* Event Setup & Preparation: Set up for special events like graduation, prom, and more.
* Daily Logs & Communication: Maintain cleanliness, complete daily logs, and update Brightwheel on an hourly basis.
* Staff Development: Attend staff meetings, trainings, and conferences.
* Meal Preparation: Serve and prepare meals for children.
* Theme Days & Special Activities: Organize and participate in theme days and other special events.
* Onboarding & Growth: Complete the onboarding program and progress through our Level 1 to 5 program.
Requirements:
* Passionate about childcare and early education.
* Energetic, dependable, and ready to work in a supportive team environment.
* Ability to adapt to changing needs of children and team.
* Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
