Ms. Fraser is the visionary leader and driving force behind Marcy Precious Little 1s Daycare (MPL1). With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, she has dedicated her career to creating a nurturing, enriching, and inclusive environment for young scholars.
Ms. Fraser is completing her Master’s degree in General and Special Education from Birth to Grade 2, further enhancing her expertise in fostering the growth and development of all scholars. Her commitment to excellence in education has earned her widespread recognition.
In 2024, Ms. Fraser was honored with the Chapter Lead of the Year Award by the United Federation of Teachers (UFT). She also received a Citation of Honor for her continued contributions to the field and the Education Advancement Award from the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Pi Phi Omega Chapter.
In 2023, Ms. Fraser received the prestigious United Federation of Teachers (UFT) Outstanding Professional Award and a Citation of Honor from the Queens Borough President, for her dedication to excellence in education.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Fraser was elected as the Queens Borough 1st Vice Chair of the UFT Executive Board for the Daycare Chapter. This showcases her leadership and dedication to advocating for quality early childhood education, inspiring all who work with her.
